Project Overview
In December 2025, two sets of tailor-made pyrolysis plants produced by Henan DOING were smoothly installed and officially put into full operation for a Chinese customer. One of the pyrolysis plants is specially used for the treatment and recycling of waste plastic, while the other unit is dedicated to biomass waste recycling, and the two sets of plants are arranged in separate operating zones to ensure independent and stable operation.

These customized solutions enable the customer to process waste plastic and biomass materials separately, or adjust the feedstock mix flexibly according to actual project progress and needs. Factory Inspection and Final Cooperation Confirmation
In April 2025, the technical team of the Chinese customer conducted an on-site inspection at DOING’s production factory for a comprehensive assessment. The main purpose of this visit was to evaluate the product quality and manufacturing strength of DOING, so as to finalize the supplier selection among multiple pyrolysis plant suppliers.

During the on-site inspection, DOING arranged senior engineers with rich practical experience to conduct in-depth technical exchanges and detailed communication with the customer’s team. Professional and detailed explanations were given on key technical links of the pyrolysis plants, mainly covering the following aspects:
- Pyrolysis reactor material selection: The main reactor furnace, key pipelines, buffer tanks and dewaxing tanks of the pyrolysis plants are all made of 304 stainless steel, which can effectively resist corrosive gases produced during the pyrolysis of chlorinated plastics, ensuring the durability and service life of the plants.
- Plant maintenance methods: Including standardized shutdown procedures, operational safety control norms, regular inspection and cleaning of the reactor body, and daily maintenance guidelines to ensure long-term stable operation.
- Operational safety protection measures: The pyrolysis plants are equipped with complete safety devices, including temperature control systems, safety valves, pressure gauges and emergency pressure relief valves, to completely avoid risks of over-temperature and over-pressure operation.
- PLC automatic control system operation: The plants are equipped with a full-automatic intelligent PLC control system, which realizes real-time monitoring of the whole production process including temperature, pressure, feeding, slag discharge and waste gas treatment, and supports remote fault diagnosis and production data recording.
In addition, the engineering team conducted an on-site demonstration of the PLC control system, intuitively presenting the efficient automated operation effect of the pyrolysis plants. After the factory inspection and in-depth technical communication, the Chinese customer established full confidence in DOING’s manufacturing strength and pyrolysis plant quality, and the two parties formally signed the cooperation contract within a week.
